MetaemployEX is a Mexican startup whose mission is to transform, through the implementation of Employer Branding strategies, the approach that companies have to generate an unforgettable employment experience.

We want to make Mexico a better country to work in! and we are going to achieve it through the design and execution of initiatives aimed at improving the experiences of collaborators throughout their work journey within your company.

We know that not all companies have the optimal work culture and this represents increasingly greater challenges for the fulfillment of priority initiatives, cultivating innovation, attracting and retaining talent.

Why are we named like this?

Meta

Etymologically, the meta-prefix (μετά-) has several connotations among which are: “after”, “on the one hand”, “with”, “between” (with respect to the preposition, some of these meanings were distinguished by grammatical cases). Other meanings include “beyond”, “adjacent” and “in itself”.

Employ

The word “Employment” of course.

EX

From the abbreviation of Employee Experience.
